Dong Solar Kenya supplies, installs, and maintains a range of solar energy solutions, including solar panels, solar water heaters, solar street and garden lighting, portable power stations, batteries, inverters, and related accessories.

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on this website are provided in good faith. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product received.
• Specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without prior notice.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to stock levels and supplier conditions.
• Installation services are subject to site assessment and may vary based on location and project requirements.

Dong Solar Kenya does not guarantee uninterrupted energy output from installed systems, as performance is subject to environmental and climatic conditions beyond our control.

04Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Order Acceptance: Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Dong Solar Kenya reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• M-Pesa (Paybill and Till Number)
• Bank Transfer (details provided upon order confirmation)
• Cash on delivery for select local orders
• Cheque payments for corporate and institutional clients

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price and will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund.

05Warranty & Returns

We are committed to delivering quality products and workmanship. Our warranty terms are as follows:

• Solar Panels: Manufacturer’s product warranty of up to 10 years and a performance warranty of up to 25 years, subject to the specific manufacturer’s terms.
• Solar Water Heaters: Manufacturer’s warranty of 2–5 years on tanks and collectors.
• Batteries & Inverters: Manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1–5 years depending on brand and model.
• Installation Workmanship: A 12-month workmanship warranty on all installations performed by our certified technicians.

Returns & Refunds: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original unused condition and packaging, subject to the following:

• Items that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return.
• Custom-order products are non-refundable unless defective.
• Proof of purchase must be presented for all returns.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, tampering, unauthorised repairs, Acts of God, or failure to follow installation and maintenance guidelines.

06Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Dong Solar Kenya or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international intellectual property laws.
